Latest News 2/5/12: Good morning! I cant believe I have not gotten to update this page since December! Thank you all so much for following my pages on FaceBook!

I have been training very hard for the upcoming Arnold Classic, which is in 3 weeks!! I have focused a lot on lean muscle with a fuller look than I had last year at the Arnold. Last year I was a mere 118lbs on stage and was way too ripped! I won the best female abs contest just before that show and didnt fill out as needed. This year I will hit the stage in Columbus at 132lbs of hard earned lean muscle and some more Glutes! I lost 1st place in Lakewood last fall by a point because they felt I needed a little more glute. So glutes they will get! Im so ready and so blessed for another opportunity to do what I love to do! All my clients are hitting their goals and life is good!

Latest News: 10/26/2011 Good evening, Im so happy and proud to share with you the success of my Bella Bikini Girls in their first bikini competition. They have worked so hard to reach their goals! They set forth a journey only the elite make it through. So many say they are going to reach a goal or make it to stage level, but very few actually follow through. As their trainer, I can only provide the inspiration and motivation, but they had to provide the perspiration. They sacrificed all summer long, avoided temptation, did not fall into mediocrity and proved to so many how strong they really are, and made their mark in the bikini world. Enjoy their stories below. As I look back to how far I have come, what I have learned, and how I have
grown there aren't enough words for me to say "thank-you" to Amy Bella
Orzechowski for all she has done for me. I have always been very active in
my life; played sports throughout my years in school and continued to stay
active through running and step aerobics in college and after I graduated.
The sport of Bikini fitness has always intrigued me; I just never knew the
proper way to train or eat, let alone have the confidence or someone to
believe in me. Then, I stumbled across Amy. She taught me how to properly
train my body the right way ( I now have a passion to lift thanks to her), she
taught me which types of foods I need in my body to fuel it, and which types
of food I should eliminate from my body; basically how to eat clean. She also
believed in me and gave me the confidence to get on stage. If it wasn't for
Amy and her husband I wouldn't feel as good as I do about myself now.
I feel more energized, less lethargic, and overall happier. I love the way I
feel about myself when I look in the mirror, and I look forward to even more
changes in my body as I continue on in this journey with her by my side.
I would recommend Amy to anyone and everyone.
Whether they just wanted to lose some weight, tone up,
learn how to eat clean, or even embark on their own journey to compete.

Olympus Bikini Competitor 2011

Before starting my training with Bella-Fitness, I never really thought I was “fat”. I knew I wasn’t at a comfortable weight though. My pants were tight and I couldn’t wear tight fitting shirts without seeing that “roll” over my jeans.  When I first sat down with Amy, my goal was to lose 10 lbs.  Even that felt unattainable at the time.  Amy made it sound possible though.  She was easy and fun to work with. She did a great job of working around my hectic schedule (I often work nights and weekends for my career).  She was always quick to answer emails, phone calls and texts which was great. You don’t get such personal service with other trainers.  I could call her at 9pm to ask a silly question about which peanut butter was best and she would answer!  Of course when you’re new, no question is “silly” and Jeff and Amy made sure I knew that!

 Once I got started ,it was addicting. I felt really powerful and almost special when it came to dinner and everyone around me was chowing down and I had to have my “specially prepared” meals.  I felt like a real athlete.  After 4 weeks the pounds were melting off! Even after a 7 lb loss I felt so amazing, that I wanted to do more.  That’s when I knew I wanted to compete with other bikini girls.  Everyone called me tiny before (I was 5’3 and weighed 128lbs) but now people started saying “wow you’ve lost weight. Your pants are HUGE”. It felt so good. I actually had to buy new clothes because everything was huge on me.  My friends were jealous, my boy friend was proud, and most importantly I felt confident and sexy. Something I hadn’t really felt since college.

 Fourteen pounds, two pant sizes (I barely fit in a zero now) and a fourth place finish in my first bikini competition later,  and I am a changed person.  It was so easy and fun with Amy. I mean she motivated me. She made me WANT to work out and make her proud.  I don’t think I would have ever stuck to it as long as I did if I didn’t have a trainer I genuinely cared about and wanted to impress.  It didn’t stop after the show either.  I took a two days off of dieting and working out and I’m already going nuts! I can’t wait to get back to the weights. It truly became a life style. I can’t wait to start training for my next show.  I know that Bella-fitness will be there for me when I need them.

 Do it for yourself. Do it because you really don’t even know what you’re capable of accomplishing and nothing feel betters than surprising yourself and your loved ones.  Do it because you deserve it.

 I love you Amy & Jeff. Training aside, I feel like we are family now.  I can’t thank you enough for your support, motivation and of course training!

Latest News 10/02/11: Hello Friends and future clients! Im back from the 2011 Ohio Natural Northern Championships and Im happy to say I took 2nd place! I was tied for first and the judges had to make a tough decision. I know what I have to do and I will get it done. Not sure what shows are next for me, but I did qualify for Nationals in the spring. I have my sites on that show, of course the Arnold Amatuer and the Ohio Natural Northern in March 2012. I wanted to go on stage at 129lbs and I weighed in at 128lbs. Im going to relax long enough to gather my thoughts, then its right back at it again. Its what I do, so its just daily for me anyway. Im so excited for my girls doing the Natural Muscle show in Buffalo, only a few weeks away! Im so proud of them, and they are going to do great in their very first show. Latest News 07/31/2011: Good evening. I am back from the Pittsburgh NPC championships by promoter Gary Udit. I worked the Species booth with Mr O and Joel Goldberg. I was also honored to be a trophy presenter on behalf of Species. There were a number of IFBB pro cards issued and they were very well deserved. The next time Im on stage I will be in my bikini. I have decided that my next show will be in Lakewood Ohio  at the NPC Natural Northern USA by promoter Dave Liberman. I plan on being in the best shape to date. Latest News 06/23/2011: Good afternoon! Bella-Fitness clients have all had their assessments and are doing GREAT! Im so proud of all their hard work and dedication, not only in the gym, but with their diets as well. It can be very difficult this time of year to pass on some summer favorites. Im scheduling some outdoor photo shoots for next week. Im so excited. It seems like forever since I was able to do one. Latest News 06/01/2011: Good evening! Congratulations to one of my Bella-Girls Christie Rose. Christie took 3rd place at her first bikini / fitness show in Pittsburgh this past weekend. Her stage presence and confidence was nothing short of perfect. Christie had an amazing 12 weeks of training with Bella-Fitness. Her dedication was impeccable as she went from an original 18.6% body fat to a mere 11% at show time. Her motivation may of been ignited by those who may of doubted her. Not only did she prove those negative people wrong, she also found an inner strength in herself that will carry her on to the next level. Christie followed the program Bella-Fitness prescribed to her flawlessly. As with any extreme training, athletes have their ups and downs, and Christie rode those emotional waves like a true champion. Its athletes like this that separate themselves from mediocrity and grow as an individual. This little Italian has a fire in her belly, one that we all get once on stage. There is no stopping her now. Look for Christie this fall at the Natural Muscle shows. For now Christie will remain under my wing while we take the summer to increase her lean muscle before we cut her diet again. Im so proud of her and honored that all my clients allow me to be a great part of their journey. Great job Christie!


Latest News 05/27/2011: Good morning! Im gearing up to head down to Pittsburgh PA to support my Bella-Girl Christie Rose in her first Bikini show. She trained for 12 weeks and did exactly what we at Bella-Fitness asked of her. She looks amazing and is going to do great! I will post pics as soon as they are available.

As for me, I have a few preliminary shows in mind. Im super excited to get back on stage soon. I have several photo shoots to do first and a few shows for Species Nutrition- I will be working the Species booth at the Pittsburgh show July 22-23. More to come soon!

Latest News 05/08/2011: Good evening! Im back home from the NPC Pittsburgh Championships! It was an incredible show. I was thrilled to work with the Species Nutrition Crew in their booth. It was crazy busy and we had a blast! Joel Goldberg is so much fun. I will be working with Species at the Cleveland show this July. Thank you to all those who stopped in to see me! It was nice meeting you all.

I also was honored to represent Species as being a presenter of trophies to the woman's bodybuilding winners. Those women are so great and dedicated to their sport.

Latest News 04/04/2011: Great news! I won the Best Female Abs competition! Thank you all who voted for me on Star104's website. I won a nice prize package. Im not sure what is in it yet, but im so excited I won the majority of the votes. yay!

My training has increased with my caloric intake and im hitting the weights hard! I feel great and im going to bring a new Bella to the stage this fall. I am so blessed to have many experts in my corner making sure im always on track. Im currently up to 127 pounds and exactly where I need to be during my intense training. I will be backing of a little bit mid April for some appearances scheduled in May. Remember if you are attending the Pittsburgh BodyBuilding competition on May 7th, come and see me in the Species booth! More updates and pics to come. Latest News 03/29/2011: Hi all...I'm happy to announce I have been chosen as a finalist for having the Best Abs in Erie PA on our local radio station Star104!  I love our city and Star104. They have contests all the time and make it fun to participate. I will let you know if I win.

Latest News 03/26/2011: Good morning. I should be in NY right now preparing for the CAN/AM but I decided to sit this one out and really focus on continuing my training and diet. Im so excited for the next few months ahead of me. Hard to believe this time last year I just started considering fitness and bikini competitions. Im going to start a video series of my training this year right up until The Arnold in March of 2012. I think it will be a neat video to look back on and watch my progression. I will post small sections here on my site so you can see where im at all year. I will also continue to post various pics of photo shoots I do all year as well.

I will be working the Species booth in Pittsburgh on May 7th at the Muscletech Bodybuilding Championships. Come see me, I would love to meet all of you!

Latest News 03/20/2011: Good morning. I wanted to share a little story about a dear friend of mine who was so kind to invest her time in me early in my bikini training. Early in 2010 I decided to take the path of bikini competitor. I had nothing more than a magazine and a few internet articles to learn from. There were 3 IFBB Bikini Pros that motivated me, gave me encouragement and each believed in me enough to share advice. Those 3 pros are Amanda Latona, Stefanie Lindsey, and my very dear friend Alea Suarez.

Alea was initially just a FaceBook friend, and I eventually got to meet her at The Arnold in 2010. Prior to meeting face to face, Alea continually watched my progress and gave me tips and constant motivation. I will never forget walking down the isle early at The Arnold Expo and seeing Alea in the SAN booth. I was taken back by her beauty and her reaction to seeing me was overwhelming, as we were both overly excited. She treated me like a long lost friend! Ever since then Alea and her very supportive and loving husband Aziel, have been great inspirations to me and to so many others. I am forever grateful for Alea's friendship, guidance and believing that I could be something. She is truly a beautiful woman inside and out.

Alea is an IFBB Pro Bikini competitor and is now on a journey and transformation from bikini to figure competitions. Alea is a true champion and will be very successful in her new journey. Latest News 03/19/2011: OH my legs!! Last leg day before the CAN/AM in Buffalo NY next Saturday. I am a lot fuller than I was at The Arnold. I liked my tight abs, and they are still there, just not as prominent. Needed a softer look for the show. Im going to keep my caloric intake up and my training has really intensified! Im really focusing on each muscle group and really squeezing on the contraction portion. Going to spark some new growth.

One of my sponsors had a great idea. Im going to create a sponsor page that has 100 squares, and each square is for sale for your ad or best wishes. The more squares you purchase the bigger the ad or wish! I will give you more details as it is finalized within this week. Latest News 03/16/2011: Good afternoon all..!! Its been over a week since the Arnold and Im just now coming down from all the hype and excitement. Few updates for you- I decided to go ahead and do the CAN/AM Bikini show in Buffalo NY on the 26th. I have really decided to step back a little and focus on my training, but due to commitment, I will indeed do this show. I have increased my training and my caloric intake accordingly. I have been training in an exclusive gym that is beyond perfect for me. They gave me full access 24hrs a day! I love to help the other members there as well and I feel truly at home.
Im currently working with my supplier for the Bella-Fitness tank tops the girls have been asking for. The colors will be black with hott pink lettering or white with black lettering. As soon as they become available I will add it to the site. I already have pre-orders so if you would like to order now, send me an email and I will add you to the list. Im so blessed to have all of you in my life, and thank you for believing in me!

Latest News 03/12/2011: Hello! I have GREAT news! I was able to meet with Dave Palumbo and Joel Goldberg from Species Nutrition at The Arnold Classic as scheduled. It looks as if I may be representing Species in their booth at the Pittsburgh and Lakewood shows this spring! I am so excited to have the opportunity to represent Dave's company. I met a lot of the Species athletes and they are fabulous people! The girls are amazing! I cant wait to do my best for them, so come see me in the booth at the show! I will continue to train hard, compete and work on earning my spot somewhere on the Species team.

Latest News 03/08/2011: Hello all- Amy Bella signing in to share some After the Arnold party with the pros pics with you. I had a blast, and a big thank you to Rock Star Bikini for placing me in the VIP section! Food was insane, and I was allowed to eat! and eat I did! I sat with Eddie George, Toney Freeman, Hidetada Yamagishi, Rich and Liz Gaspari, and of course Arnold! The entertainment was top notch. The entire Star Wars characters were on hand for some added fun, and the costumes were authentic and unbelievable! I had so much fun and looking forward to my future!


Latest News 03/04/2011: What a day! Had lunch with Liz and Rich Gaspari and the entire Gaspari Team. They are great people! Flex Lewis and his wife were kind enough to sit with me and just chat, in a nearly empty room. Liz and I got to spend some time together as well. I spent some time in various booths, and met a lot of people in the industry. Hoping to meet with Dave Palumbo from Species Nutrition in the morning. Tomorrow morning I will be hitting the gym early here in Columbus OH and then back to the Arnold for another round of the expo. Tomorrow night- party with the pros! Cant wait! Love you all. Latest News 03/04/2011: Good morning! WOW What a ride! Not only was it an honor to be on that stage at the Arnold, but VERY nerve racking! So many bikini girls! Close to 200 of them and 6 classes! I did not make it to the top 10, but I did take with me some new friends, a strengthened winning attitude, and a very grateful heart! I want to thank all those who have supported me, kept me positive, and truly believed in me. I want to thank my trainers Paul Knobloch and Jeff Orzechowski. They have led me on a career path that is so rewarding and everything I hoped for. Always surround yourself with positive people, it makes a world of difference when you are trying to reach your goals. Today I will be having lunch with Liz and Rich Gaspari from Gaspari Nutrition! The luncheon will be so amazing! I will have pics posted soon, of all the happenings I attend. Rock Star Bikini asked if I would represent them at the Pro Party tonight, so I will be 1 of 6 Bikini Models on site. Love you all, and I will be back with more pics soon!

Latest News 02/28/2011: Good evening friends! 3 days away! thats right 3! From the Arnold Bikini! OMG! I received my custom suit today and it is fabulous! I am so excited and feel better than ever! Im not going to post any pics of the new suit until after the show, hehe, you just have to come see me in person! I will take this show as a learning experience and a HUGE push forward in my career. I cant wait to meet up with all my girly mentors! Such beautiful women inside and out, who have helped me get to where I am today, by sharing their valuable advice to this lil ole country girl! Love you ladies!
I may not be able to sign back on until I reach Columbus OH on Thursday. Lot of packing and prep to do before hand. I just want to thank my trainers for putting up with me, keeping me on track and not letting me drift off into my own wants. We all need to be pushed and motivated to be our absolute best. We are given this one life to live as a gift from God. Our return gift to him is what we do with it. Never let anyone detour you from your dreams or personal goals. Latest News 02/13/2011: Hi All,  I said once I hit 10,000 visitors to my site that I would add a fan page on FaceBook. Hit 10,000 this weekend, and in only 6 months! So I turned that page on today! Hit the like button and lets get this thing started!

Latest News 01/30 & 1/31/2011: Hi all...Just wanted to share some updates with you. Im currently at my desired weight and still altering my caloric intake just a little. I want to come in a little fuller the day of the show. Im very pleased to be in this position where I can make slight adjustments for the next 5 weeks. Its always tough when you find yourself being a long way off with a short amount of time before a show. I played it smart this year and kept the off season weight right where I knew it would be quick to remove. I wanted to post a few pics of me at posing practice, sweat and all. Im so pumped and prepared for the Arnold Amateur, Rock Star Bikini competition.. Remember its March 3rd in Columbus Ohio!! Hope to see you there! Much love..muah! ~Amy Bella


Latest News 01/23/2011: Hello again! Im back in the gym! yay! I took a few days of to rest and recover. Thats hard to do, but very necessary. I increased my carbs by 60g a day. Im lean and only about 2 pounds off from where I need to be. I am about 6 weeks out from the Arnold Rock Star Bikini in Columbus Ohio. I will tweak the carbs as needed and train accordingly. Im am super excited about where I am with my physique this year! I really have a great supportive group of people always helping and guiding me along. Im so blessed! Latest News 01/12/2011: Hello everyone!! I wanted to update you on my training, and competiton status... As of right now I have decided to take a few days off from the gym in order to rest, recover and grow. I have been going non stop 6 days a week for the last 6 months and think I need to take a few days to relax and rebuild mentally & physically. I will be back to training Monday, Jan 17th 2011! CANT WAIT!  This has to be the hardest thing for me to not go to the gym, but I will do whats best for my body right now! And rest is whats best! "I THINK" lol.....
I am currently searching through some inventory from my favorite competition suit company Suitsyouswimwear.com they have the absolute best suits and have helped me through some small, but major emergencies that I have been faced with in the past and I am so thankfull for them. Latest News 12/20/2010: 2011's Mrs. Erie County- Amy Bella Orzechowski received her sash and award for her winning the 2011's Mrs. Pennsylvania Spirit Award at the Mrs. Pennsylvania America Pageant in Callicoon NY on November 13th 2010. Amy was awarded this prestigious award because of her personality, compassion and overall spirit of true competition. Amy will be scheduled for photos with the Mayor of Erie sometime early 2011.

Latest News 12/19/2010: Amy Bella Orzechowski is not under contract with any particular company and is currently looking for work in photo shoots for banner ads or other marketing efforts within a supplement/fitness company. Amy would like to focus all her shoots and ads within the fitness industry.

Latest News 11/13/2010: Amy Orzechowski was nominated to compete for the title of Mrs. Pennsylvania America in Callicoon NY on November 13th 2010. Although Amy did not take home the Mrs PA. crown,  she was however titled as 2011's  Mrs. Pennsylvania Spirit. The spirit award was defined as:

Pageantry Spirit Award — The industry's most prestigious award. The Pageantry Spirit Award reflects the true meaning of competition, that of personal growth and of character development. The Spirit Award acknowledges those who exemplify the true "spirit" of competition and character development, whether it be individuals who compete or those who tend to lead by example.

The 2010 Mrs. Pennsylvania, Summer Wise presented Amy with the sash and award. One of the judges who nominated Amy was 2 time Emmy Award winner for ABC's As The World Turns, Kevin Dowdell. Amy had such a memorable experience and was very honored to come back home with the distinct honors of Mrs. Pennsylvania Spirit. This is a true testament to Amy and her outstanding personality, attitude and desire to help others, while improving her overall performances and character. Congratulations Amy! Once again you made so many new friends!


Latest News 10/24/2010: Amy Orzechowski has finally captured a deserving 1st place position at the recent Olympus Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini Championship held in Buffalo on October 23rd. Amy's confidence, due to experience and overall conditioning, was very high. She owned the stage with her energetic personality and in her own charismatic way. Tall and sleek symmetry with a perfect touch of muscle tone were the ingredients for Amy's top honors. Her support was great from her friends at Stokes Fitness out of Buffalo and Boundaries Gym out of Rochester NY. Amy has officially entered the off season and will train hard for her next show this spring. Count on seeing Amy with an even better figure and even more intense energy. Congratulations Amy!
